It is your responsibility to ensure your order and all relevant personal and address details are correct at the time of purchase before submitting it to us.

Your order will be shipped with the information supplied by you. Should this order be unsatisfactory to you upon arrival or not be delivered due to incorrect information provided by you, we are under no obligation to re-ship or reimburse any costs.

Shipping details for an order cannot be altered once an order has been submitted. We accept no responsibility for lost parcels as a result of the incorrect or insufficient information supplied by you.

Cancelling or Amending Orders

We urge you to double check your order before submitting.  Once submitted all orders are final and cannot be cancelled or amended.


Items are shipped through Australia Post.  All items will be provided with a tracking number.

Damaged Items / Lost Parcels

We will only accept responsibility for damaged items or lost parcels if all details provided by yourself with the order are correct

For damaged items, please contact Estella within 7 days, providing us with the following details:

  • Order number
  • A description of the issue and product effected
  • Photo evidence of the damage/leak

It is at the discretion of Estella as to whether a replacement product or credit note will be issued for the damaged item.

For missing parcels, please check your order confirmation email to confirm your provided delivery address was correct. If your parcel has not been delivered after a reasonable time has elapsed (7-10 business days depending on location), please contact Estella immediately.
