Appointment Terms and Conditions
- To secure your appointment a booking fee is required.
- The balance of the quote is payable on the date of the appointment.
- Booking may be rescheduled once only within 7 days.
- If rescheduled booking is cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited.
- Cancellation notice must be given 48 hours prior to the appointment date.
- Failure to give notice within stipulated time will render your deposit non-refundable.
- Appointment times are agreed at time of booking. Late booking attendance (in excess of 30 minutes) will be considered a cancelation of the booking and the deposit will be forfeited.
- Small and Medium braids take protracted time to complete and it is recommended to book appointments starting in the morning. Additional costs apply for afternoon bookings.
